Mr. Adair has over 40 years experience in oil and gas.
He has completed three funding deals with members of the Edge team over the past 10 years prior to Prairie Thunder (Spry Energy, Canamax Energy, and Petrus Resources)
Mr. Schlegel is a P. Eng., a member of APEGA and has over 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Prior to founding Banded Peak Energy, Mr. Schlegel was VP Engineering with Petrus Resources and held various engineering positions at CanEra Energy and Canadian Natural Resources.
Mr. Morozoff joined Prairie Thunder in November 2021 and has been a CPA, CA since 1991 with over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Mr. Morozoff was the CFO of TriView Capital from 2020 to 2021 and Return Energy from 2006 to 2019. Prior thereto, Mr. Morozoff held various accounting positions at Winslow Resources, Stratic Energy, Nexen, Qatar Petroleum, and TransAlta.

Mr. Michaelis is a P.Geo., a member of APEGA and has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Prior to joining Prairie Thunder in September of 2023, Mr. Michaelis spent 7 years working as a consultant for Artis Exploration, Summerland Energy and Prairie Provident Resources and previously held various exploration roles at Lone Pine, Kereco, Penn West and Koch.
Mr. Nedjelski joined Prairie Thunder in September 2022 and has over 20 years of experience as a land negotiator.
Prior to joining Prairie Thunder, Mr. Nedjelski was the VP Land at Black Crane Energy Corp. and Craft Oil Ltd. and held land positions with Chinook Energy Inc., ARC Resources and Enerplus Corp..
Mr. Roney is a P. Eng., a member of APEGA and has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Prior to joining Prairie Thunder in July of 2022, Mr. Roney was the VP Operations with Black Crane Energy and held various engineering positions with Lonepine Resources, Unconventional Gas Resources, Kereco Energy, Encana and PanCanadian Petroleum.
The management team of Prairie Thunder has extensive experience managing successful companies in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Prairie Thunder’s management team has a collective 200+ years of experience and a multi-year history working as an operations/leadership team at prior companies.
